Welcome to the college ministry at Shelbyville First Baptist Church. This ministry is for “college-aged” young adults or you could say 20-something adults. Whether you’re taking classes, taking time off from school, or have already started in the professional world, this ministry should be a good fit for you.

Be sure to check out our 20-something Bible Fellowship class called “Transitions” that meets each Sunday morning at 9:45 am. In this class, we walk through studies that wrestle with the tough questions of life.

Acts 1:8 Team

This summer we partnered with the Kentucky Baptist Convention Collegiate Department to host a group of students calledThe Acts 1:8 East Team. They lived in our building for several weeks and helped with several missions endeavors.  The summer ended with a mission trip to Ecuador, led by our student pastor, Andy McDonald.
